Cebe Sunglasses

Although founded in 1892; when the sunglasses were used to accompany Alpine mountain expeditions, Cebe ’s name as we know it today was born when Carl Benz, Mr Mercedes –Benz, asked for driving goggles specifically for him and his dog. In those days cars didn’t have windscreens. And so the goggles were crafted, and the initials, C.B. were taken. Cebe was born.
