Bvlgari presents special limited edition Fireworks sunglasses, where breathtaking beauty meets the luxury of the finest and most sophisticated materials. This stunning female accessory is sheathed in Swarovski crystals at the temple - in the shape of a dandelion clock - creating the ultimate in stylish luxury.

The magnificent Italian jeweller has achieved world wide acclaim for its special limited edition models. Among them are those from the Bvlgari Serpenti collection that draws inspiration from the power and dynamism of the serpent.

Destined to become the new icon of Bvlgari design, the sinuous and flexible form of the creature lends itself throughout the Bvlgari collections. The serpent has always been a constant presence in Mediterranean jewellery and coils at the temple of these magnificent sunglasses (Bvlgari 8056B, as shown below). The body is composed of a series of individual metal components, simulating the scales of the serpent’s skin. These elements form a double coil studded with Swarovski crystals, which is surmounted by a stylised, bejewelled head. The luminosity of the crystals creates an exceptionally wonderful effect.

Bvlgari 8056B comes in several enriched colours featuring different coloured gemstones. On 8056B in cocoa, for example, silver metal is juxtaposed with an unusual array of black Swarovski stones like that of the Onyx variety. The collection also offers the serpent motif in gold metal and clear crystals.

The Serpenti collection draws inspiration from ancient Greek mythology and history. The serpent is a creature whose unique characteristics have long fascinated the imagination of Bvlgari and features in virtually every culture around the world, such as that of the Aztecs and the Egyptians. They believe that its continuous skin shedding was a symbol of fertility, regeneration, resurrection and immortality. And in Egyptian mythology, the goddess of maternity and fertility (Isis) has a particularly strong connection to the image of the snake.

Every component of the Serpenti collection is designed and crafted down to the finest detail, so that every individual sunglass is a perfect expression of the sophisticated, contemporary style that is the defining element of the Bvlgari brand.
