There's nothing better or more gratifying than seeing one of the world's best dressed falling off of their pedestal by stepping out in a custom made 'statement' accessory that is unlikely to ever be made again as it winds up under a cliché media headline the very next day – 'What were you thinking?!'

Kate Moss has never, and will never, be one of those people and is estimated to have earned £5.5million by the end of this year thanks to a high profile modelling contract with Versace and a self-designed clothing collection designed in collaboration with retail juggernaut TopShop. In our eyes Kate Moss can do no wrong and by wearing a pair of Miu Miu's cutest ever shades the supermodel has further gone up in our estimations.

Kate Moss rocked yesterday's unexpected burst of summer sunshine in an all-black playsuit and Miu Miu 02IS sunglasses, as previously seen on Katie Holmes – the official new face of Miu Miu. Our featured celebrity shades boats a well ample-bodied frame that plays contrasting elements, futuristic and classical, side by side. Traditionally oversized sunglasses inspired by the 1960s that have been rewarded with a modern edge and Miu Miu identifiers and dimensional stems. You'd be forgiven for thinking that the 02IS shares a certain similarity with the Prada Butterfly, oversized, slightly flared out lenses that loosely resemble the shape of the winged creature. For those who haven't brushed up on their fashion history as of late Miu Miu is the vision of Miuccia Prada and is the sister of the Prada power brand. Aside from the name, what really casts Miu Miu sunglasses out from the shadow of Prada is a more flexible price point, making designer fashion more accessible to the young aspiring fashionista.

Simon Cowell's 50th birthday is fast approaching, and Kate Moss is just one of countless expected celebrity guests. The £250,000 black-tie event, hosted by Sony BMG, will be held at Hertfordshire's Wrotham Park for Simon Cowell and 400 of his closest friends, which apparently includes our favourite supermodel.

X Factor winner Leona Lewis, Il Divo and Westlife are also said to be performing at the a-list soiree on October 7.

In other news, Kate Moss will soon be adding reality TV

star to her resume, alongside model and clothes designer.

The quirky blonde is teaming up with best friend and hairstylist James Brown on his upcoming reality show, James's Salon, which will be aired on E4.

James's Salon will document the hairdresser opening up a new shop in London, where Kate Moss will accompany him as his friend.

E4 commissioning editor, Angela Jain, says 'Kate is very good in front of the camera and she and James are like brother and sister. They have a really close relationship. It's a fun documentary and she features a lot.'
