There are many brands of OveRx sunglasses. Chances are your customer might have seen or even tried less expensive, inferior products. It is important to explain Cocoons are the only OveRx sunglasses that feature optically correct, scratch resistant lenses. Physically demonstrating the durability of the lens by attempting to lightly ºscratch them with a ballpoint pen or key immediately communicates the quality.

Approximately 80 percent of Cocoons sales are generated by the medium and large sizes. It is imperative that your display stand is stocked primarily with these sizes. All too often, Cocoons retailers will quickly sell all the medium and large size frames, and restock the stand with small and extra large sizes. Sales will immediately slow down, as the small and extra large size Cocoons represent a smaller percentage of total sales.

Cocoons are a very unique product. Many dealers have a tendency to place a Cocoons display in their sunglass section. This is not the best location for Cocoons. Higher sales can be generated if the product is displayed in the optical section, because the majority of Cocoons customers wear prescription eyewear. If you really want to maximize your sales potential, place the display stand in an area that the majority of your customers frequent, such as the reception counter. Impulse purchases can significantly improve if all customers are aware of the product.

After sizing your customers, encourage them to walk outside so they can experience Cocoons first hand. It is important that they wear the Cocoons for a couple of minutes to give their eyes sufficient time to relax. This helps your customers to understand and appreciate the benefits of Cocoons over conventional sunglasses.
