Dsquared was created by Canadian twin brothers, Dean and Dan Caten and have been a part of the fashion industry since 1983. They moved to Italy to pursue their love of fashion and their dream came true in 1994, when they created their first collection that featured on the fashion runways of Milan. Their inspiration of music and art transferred beautifully into their designs, its this that has captured the attention of the fashion world.

With over ten years in the business their collections have matured into chic and glamorous but always remain true to their roots ,clothing made for real people with real style!

Riding the wave of their fashion success, they focused on creating the must have accessory, sunglasses.
Resulting in a quirky and directional collection, their range of shades reflect their fashion forward thinking and have become the fashion ‘darlings’ of the catwalk, as well as firm favourites with the more daring celebs.

Their designs have been worn by Britney Spears, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Ricky Martin, Nicolas Cage, and Lenny Kravitz. In 2000-2001, Madonna commissioned them to design over 150 pieces for her Drowned World Tour. DSquared2's design was also featured in Britney Spears' Circus tour. Their debut collection of sunglasses featured a diverse selection of styles and their frames are so excitingly unique and fresh that you can easily understand all the media hype surrounding their release.
