Go with the 'fro dudes. The afro is one of the coolest styles to rock and not an option for just everyone. Highlight its 70s, retro roots and go big with your shades, there really is no such thing as' too much' in your case.

• Mirrored aviators are a classic, disco fever look that sits perfectly with an afro. If prefer things to be a little more subtle, team this frame with a gradient lens for a more laid back take on the 70s look.

• Don't opt for anything too small in size. The frame will get lost. Big is best.
