The Lopez twins for Gucci
As seen in Grazia magazine 7 February 2011, Jennifer Lopez and her adorable young children appear in a stunning campaign promoting Gucci childrenswear.
She poses together with her two children by husband Marc Anthony, 2-and-a-half-year old twins Max and Emme, and in Gucci shoes, clothes and accessories.
But apart from the obvious media impact, the campaign also has an important charity implication. The Italian fashion house announced that it would be donating $1 million to UNICEF Schools for Africa initiative in honour of the new line. They are also donating $50,000 to the Maribel Institute which promotes greater access to healthcare for both women and children.
'As a mother, I am proud to be a part of this campaign to benefit UNICEF's Schools For Africa programme,' said Jennifer, who also spoke about the experience of working with her children for the first time.
The Gucci childrenswear collection - designed by Creative Director Frida Giannini - includes shoes and clothing for both girls and boys aged 0 to 8 years. 'It's the first time I have worked with my kids in that way,' said the American Idol judge.
She descrbed working with her children at 'totally special experience.' Adding, I did a photo shoot when they were three weeks old, but now that they are two and a half, it’s totally different.'
There are also Gucci children’s sunglasses which will be available at Sunglasses Shop in the coming weeks.
