Pulling inspiration from the single lens present in the Oakley Breathless and large frames seen in the Oakley Ravishing has merged to create the new Oakley ladies Trouble. The Trouble command to be noticed. They are big, stylish and brimming with confidence and an air that’s says ‘bring it on.’

Feeling a bit cheeky? Kinda girl that likes to play up?! These are for you. Not for the faint hearted, these large Trouble frames are only for the keen sports enthusiast. Definitely not a day to day frame, the Oakley Trouble are designed with the Oakley woman in mind. So if you’re female, sporty and not afraid to get stuck in and give it your all, these are the sunglasses for you. Not that Oakley would in days gone by have put themselves at the forefront of fashion, but recently their designs are more and more on trend. Although they might not like to admit it, the visor and oversized frame combo is on par with designers of the moment including Dior, Prada and D&G to name a few. Naturally, the Oakley Trouble come with all the qualities of a quirky Oakley frame.

The Trouble frame is an extension of the Oakley woman herself, fun, energetic and quirky. No one can ever accuse the Oakley woman of being dull. So if you want a bit of excitement in your life, this is the best way to start. Don these frames and feel like a whole new woman.

See straight

First things first, we’ll take a look at the lens. A visor a-single lens is still pretty in trend at the moment, with the likes of famous female celebs all sporting the look. But if you’re anything like me, I’m not impressed to hear who wears what. I just wanna know how these are going to work to benefit me to up my game. The lens is made from pure Plutonite and has High Definition Optics (HDO’s) as standard. Encompassed in this self created Oakley name is a lot of qualities. The lens is great for keeping images sharp, so your vision is not distorted through the lens.

If you opt for a polarised lens, which I suggest you do, expect to be amazed. Once you go polarised you won’t go back! If you aren’t already aware they block out horizontal light rays which rebound off shiny surfaces to cause glare. This is the bright light which often shocks you and disrupts your vision. More than anything, it hurts your eye muscles and its dangerous, especially if driving or playing sport.

Materials and technology

Made from lightweight O-Matter (another Oakley creation), makes these frames pretty comfy to wear for long periods of time.

Being the more agile and refined member of the sexes, we don’t tend to be loosing, breaking, sitting on things. However, in the rare event of a mishap, Oakley have it covered. They have an anti-scratch coating on the outside, are assured with ANSI Z87.1 standards to guarantee protection from scrapes and falls.

I’m pretty active and own pairs of Liv and Speechless to wear for different sporting events and occasions. Now adding the Trouble to my collection, I have something for every sporting scenario.

Colour and style

Well you have to give it to Oakley, I can’t name any other brand who would dare to create something as out there as this. And putting the Oakley icon on the tip of the stem shows Oakley are so confident in their product they don’t need to advertise it on the standard hinge icon way.
