Sam Blenkinsop, Bio

Born: 28th October 1988

Home: New Zealand

Sam Blenkinsop has a rare talent for someone at his age. Only 21 years old, he already has a string of podiums and even a victory at the 2008 Mountain Bike World Cup under his belt.

Talented, fast and rapidly growing in skill, Adidas snapped him up while the eyes of the world were on him and with the help of their cycling-tailored products he's flourished to become a talented rider. Turning professional at the ripe old age of 16, he puts his success down to being passionate for cycling, riding every day and enjoying every moment.

Ranked fourth in the world, the rising star only wants to win more World Cup titles and, considering he's got the skills and equipment to back him up, he almost certainly has a bright future ahead of him.
