After telling Richie on the phone she freaked out! The source added that Madden and Mary Kate had a history of playful flirting, and Richie has previously warned him to stay away from Mary Kate. It’s suspected that outburst from Richie are what’s causing the couple to put their wedding on hold. Other Mary Kate news is that she won’t have to testify in the investigation into Heath Ledgers accidental over dose, as authorities have closed the case.
