FREE RETURNS, 30-DAY RETURNS AND REFUNDS


UK returns are free at Sunglasses Shop.

Your order should come with a free returns postage label and form. Don’t worry if you can’t find either, simply download them below.

Before sending anything back, why not let us help you first. Simply call us on 01793 746546 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at ask@sunglassesshop.com, and we can discuss what you need.

Alternately email us at ask@sunglassesshop.com, leaving your number, and we’ll call you back.

Don’t forget delivery and returns are free on exchanges too.

30-DAY RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.

Please note that prescription sunglasses fitted with lenses by Bollé, Maui Jim, Oakley or Serengeti are exempt from this and can't be returned for refund.  

FREE RETURN LABEL

A free return label is included with your order. If you have lost it and live in the UK, you can print a new one from the Royal Mail website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept online returns in our Leigh-on-Sea address as we do not process orders there.

FREE RETURNS FORM

Your returns form is needed to help us process your return as quickly as possible. This is included with your order as part of the dispatch note, but if you have lost it, you can download a new one here.

REFUNDS

We aim to process refunds within seven days of receiving your return. Once we have received your return we will send you an email.
