Your order should come with a free returns postage label. Can’t find your returns form? Don’t worry, simply download a new one below. It contains a free returns postage label.

Don’t forget delivery and returns are free on exchanges too.


If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.

Please note that prescription sunglasses fitted with lenses by Bollé, Maui Jim, Oakley or Serengeti are exempt from this and can't be returned for refund.  


A free return form and postage label are included with your order. If you have lost them and re in the UK, your can print them from the Royal Mail website. Fill the return form out and send it back to us with your sunglasses using the pre-paid label at the bottom.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online returns in our Leigh-on-Sea address as we do not process orders there.


We aim to process refunds within seven days of receiving your return. Once we have received your return we will send you an email.
